You will have to cut Media creation tool on another computer if you can’t do this on your existing computer. Note – If you choose to do reset – You will get the option to keep your files during reset. But it will remove third party apps including Microsoft Office which will need to be reinstalled. Default Windows 10 apps will be automatically installed. But non-defaults Windows 10 apps will need to be reinstalled. If A doesn’t work – I would recommend that you should consider a clean install of your existing Windows This is the best method to perform a clean install of Windows Do let me know if you require any further help on this.

Hence, you need to see whether you want to wait further or not. How much – This is a call which you need to take. Get into safe mode and recovery environment.
